Entrepreneurship Boot Camp
Tuesday, April 3 | Midnight | RSVP Deadline
Daron Pope, an established entrepreneur (and W&M graduate) will host this boot camp for students. This engaging 4 hour experience will take students through the “real” life experiences of entrepreneurialism. The interactive presentation will include video clips, business plan overviews, technological deep dives, and multiple Q&A stops. The content will span industries from finance to fashion, web technologies to maternity clothes, and the reality television industry to the coffee industry. Pizza, drinks and Starbucks coffee will be provided. Learn about AND practice for those internship interviews at Interviewing Bootcamp, tomorrow, Feb. 21, at 4 p.m. in the Career Center presentation room. Learn basic interviewing skills and tips, then practice answering questions and receiving feedback from peer interviewers. Registration is required, as is proper interview attire. Space is limited to 20 freshman and sophomore participants.
