Paddling into a new school year with W&M Office of Inclusive Excellence’s PLUS program 🛶 In between storms yesterday, incoming first-year students were able to take canoes from the boathouse out on Lake Matoaka during their day of health & wellness focused activities as part of our annual PLUS program collab 🐢🏐🕺

Today's 11:30 AM - 1 PM Rec Swim has been moved to Adair Pool located in the lower level of Adair Gym at 251 Ukrop Way.

It’s always a good day for a climb 🧗

Join us at the climbing wall during our summer hours, Tuesdays from 4-7 PM and Saturdays from 12-3 PM, to reach new heights!

This past week, I went to the Climbing Wall at the Rec Center! 🧗‍♀️

Did you know you can take a FREE belay clinic? You will learn proper knotting, commands, and techniques. Successful completion of the course allows you to serve as an anchor during your recreational climb. The registration-required clinics are open to W&M students, faculty, staff, and privilege card holders. Keep an eye out for Fall 2026 clinics from William & Mary Campus Recreation!
