Women’s Self-Defense & Personal Safety Training Program

Rising Sun Jujitsu Academy is offering a comprehensive three-week Women’s Self-Defense and Personal Safety Training Program designed for women ages 16 and older. This hands-on course teaches practical self-defense techniques, situational awareness, confidence-building skills, and effective strategies for personal protection in real-world situations. Classes are held on three consecutive Saturdays beginning July 11th at 7:30 PM and are led by experienced instructors Gerald Salyer and Kevin Bennett. Whether you are looking to improve your confidence, learn valuable safety skills, or gain a better understanding of self-defense principles, this affordable program provides a supportive and empowering environment for women of all experience levels. Space is limited, so participants are encouraged to reserve their spot early. Cost is $60, due on the first day of class. For more information or to register, call 606-515-9199.
