To the Willard community -
It is with a heavy heart that I am resigning my position as choir director at Willard Middle/High School to move back close to my family in Columbus, Ohio. I will be teaching voice, piano and violin in a private music studio to students of all ages!
My time in Willard has been truly unforgettable. The students in the music program are some of the kindest, smartest, and most fun people I have ever met, and they have truly made me a better teacher and person. I am extremely proud of what we have accomplished the past two years - especially since they have been during a pandemic!! These students will always be my first students, and I will always have fond memories of Willard. My favorites include: receiving Superior Ratings at District & State, singing at the Monsters Game, singing karaoke during class, Chamber Choir Christmas Tour, Disney, the first concert of last year, being silly 98% of the time during class and then being immediately focused and performing at a high level, and so much more.
Thank you all for embracing me with open arms 2 years ago, I love you so much. Keep singing, no matter what!!!
