Join us in giving thanks to the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML) of the South Wisconsin District who have again blessed camp with grant funding for financial support for families who would otherwise find the cost of camp prohibitive.

We believe summer camp ministry provides a special experience for campers to grow in their faith and it is our desire that everyone has an opportunity to come to camp, no matter their financial situation. This generous support helps us do that.

Pictured is Emily Woelfel presenting the grant check to Gary Janetzke, LuWiSoMo Board of Directors Chair, accepting on behalf of the LuWiSoMo Board, Ministry Team, and all who will be blessed through this generous gift!

Thank you ladies of the LWML for your faithful “Mite Box” giving that God uses to change lives! You are such a blessing!

What if one person told two others about Jesus...
And the next day each of those two told two others…
And the next day each of those told two others…
And so on?

In 29 days 536,870,912 people, more than the population of the US, Canada, and Mexico combined, would have heard the Good News…

And in 33 days 8,589,934,592 people, the whole world, would have heard the Good News!

We’ve said goodbye for now to our Summer Camp Counselors but hope to see many of them back again next summer and at our Retreats and Recharges during the upcoming year!

Please join us in thanking this amazing, fun, talented, kind, caring, creative, and all-around incredible team of young people for Shining Jesus and impacting us all with that passion and joy this summer. You are each such a blessing from God!

We’re already praying for and starting to compile the ministry team God has planned for next summer – Counselors, Junior Counselors, High School Counselors-In-Training (CITs), and volunteers. So, if you’re passionate about having fun serving God and impacting lives in this unique, amazing, and important way, and feel this may be God’s plan for you, we want to hear from you! Likewise, if you know someone you feel is gifted to serve in this way, please share this opportunity with them.
