EOSC was pleased to host the Oklahoma SBDC Four-County Consortium, serving Haskell, Latimer, LeFlore and Pittsburg counties, Friday on the Wilburton campus!

Oklahoma SBDC provides no-cost, confidential advising, training and resources for entrepreneurs and small-business owners at every stage. These services are available right here at Eastern in Mitchell Hall!!

Eastern is proud to support this partnership and the important role small businesses play in creating jobs, expanding opportunities and strengthening the communities we serve.

Upcoming online workshops include:

• Sept. 3, 11 a.m. — “From Data to Decisions: Build a Small Business Scorecard That Works”
• Sept. 9, 11 a.m. — “Stop Guessing: Use Analytics and AI to Make Better Business Decisions”
• Sept. 10, 11 a.m. — “Use AI Without Giving Up the Experience, Voice and Judgment Customers Trust”

🎙️ Mountaineer Radio-TV at Eastern Oklahoma State College hosted EOSC’s annual Coaches Show today!

Coaches and student-athletes together to talk about their teams, upcoming seasons and Mountaineer Athletics!

Hosted by Kade Reed and Zak Smith, the show gives fans a unique opportunity to hear directly from Eastern’s coaches and athletes about season goals, team outlooks and what’s ahead.

Mountaineer Radio is also a valuable part of the EOSC community, broadcasting music, campus and community news, interviews and Mountaineer Athletics on 93.1 FM and 104.9 FM.

The station also gives Eastern students hands-on experience in broadcasting, production and live sports coverage.

Eastern Oklahoma State College was proud to host the Latimer County Honors Banquet last night, bringing together outstanding area students, alumni, sponsors and Eastern faculty and staff for a special evening.

Throughout the night, students had the opportunity to connect with community leaders, hear from several speakers and learn more about the opportunities that await them after high school.

Thank you to our sponsors, alumni and supporters who joined us in celebrating these students and investing in the next generation. We are grateful for another great Latimer County Honors Banquet!

The EOSC Softball Field was busy last Friday!

Eastern was proud to serve as one of the host sites for the Wilburton Softball Festival, which brought 10 area high school teams together for two days of competition.

Several games were played right here on our campus Friday, and we enjoyed welcoming athletes, coaches, families and fans to Eastern!

We hope everyone had a great weekend of softball and enjoyed their time on our campus. Thanks for making a stop at Eastern!

Eastern students gathered tonight for our annual Ice Cream Social, enjoying plenty of ice cream, all the toppings and a chance to learn more about getting involved on campus!

Clubs and organizations were on hand to meet students, share what they’re all about and help everyone find new ways to connect with the Eastern community!

There’s no better way to start a new semester than with new faces, new opportunities and, of course, a little ice cream!
