A couple reminders for this up coming week.
The intersection of Stony Hill and Springfield street will be completely closed tomorrow Wednesday 8/26 for paving.
We will be closed August 29th-September 7th for vacation. Reopening September 8th.
New fall rates start September 8th with first payments due September 4th( the Friday before).

I am super excited to announce that my daycare license has expanded from 6 to 8 kids (2 being school age kids). With that being said we are not looking to add kids but able to continue having our friends that are moving on to school join us on school holiday and breaks.

We had a very chill Monday morning. We painted the little house and discovered things magnets stick to.

We had very special guest today. As part of our prize for winning the kids organization door in the Wilbraham 250th Great door Contest. Local authors David and Kelly Bourcier. Their dog Marty. And a member of Wilbraham Center organization Sherie. David read us the book they had written
“Marty’s Big Day on the Lake”.
And Sherie handed out ribbons and goodie bags. A huge thank you to them all for making this day very special.

So excited to announce the kids door has won first place in the kids orientation category in Wilbraham Center 250th Great Door Contest. They have won a copy of Marty’s big day on the lake. Written by a local author.
To celebrate we will be have a party on Tuesday.

The 2026, 250th Great Door Contest
Voting is Officially open. The best part you don’t have to be a town resident to vote. All you need is an email.
If you a moment head over to Wilbrahamcenter.org . click on menu and find 250 door contest and scroll down to see all the great doors. My door is Entry # 1 and the kids door is entry #10. Then scroll up and find the vote button. Voting ends July 2nd and winners are announced July 4th.

If you haven’t heard by now. We are entering in the town of wilbraham 250 great door contest. The kids worked hard this morning decorating the back door. Voting will begin July 30th . The best part you don’t have to be a town resident to vote.
You can go to Wilbrahamcenter.org , click on menu and find 250 door contest to see the great doors. There are so many categories to win in. This will be the child’s organization category. Check out my front door display Entry #1 under residence.

Just a reminder that
Bethany P. Wheatley Child Care will be closed Monday May 25 th for Memorial Day and closing at 2 pm on Friday May 29th.
