The numbers are making a strong case for the HBCU experience.

A new national study found 70% of recent HBCU graduates are thriving, compared with 46% of Black adults nationwide. HBCU alumni also reported higher workplace engagement, with 46% engaged at work compared with 31% of U.S. workers overall.

Plus, 79% said their HBCU education was worth the cost, and 83% reported a strong sense of belonging during college.
