Tonight members from DeWitt,
Clatonia, Dorchester, & Wilber held a joint training session. They ran 3 different EMS scenarios focusing on removing patients from vehicles and assessing their injuries. Last night our department trained with the rescue airbags to practice our cribbing and stabilization tactics. One example of how we can use these tools is to allow us to lift and free trapped victims from underneath heavy machinery.
