We’re excited to add a little extra fun to Friday while supporting our SES Hope Squad. On Friday, September 4th, Stone Elementary students and staff can participate in our Hope Squad Casual Day Fundraiser!

🧢 Wear a Hat: $1
👖 Wear Jeans: $1
🧢👖 Wear Both: $2

💛 You can also become a “Friend of Hope” by donating $5 or more and receive CHOICE SEATING at lunch on Friday!

💵 Please send EXACT CHANGE ONLY. Any larger bills will be considered a “Friend of Hope” donation.

💵 Please turn in money the day of the event.

Every dollar raised directly supports SES Hope Squad initiatives as we work to spread hope, kindness, connection, and positivity throughout Stone Elementary. 💙💛

Our FIRST HOME GAME is this Friday, August 28th at MGCCC stadium! 🏈🐾

Let’s fill SES with Tomcat spirit all day long! Students are allowed to wear BLUE & WHITE attire to school on Friday! 💙🤍

Then, keep that spirit going and help us PACK THE STANDS as we cheer on our Tomcats at the first home game! 📣👏

Ms. Craig’s students worked together in small groups today to show their understanding of solving addition and subtraction word problems! 💙🐾

Students collaborated, shared their thinking, and practiced using their problem-solving skills to determine the correct operation and find the solution. We love seeing our Tomcats actively engaged in their learning! 🌟

💙🐾 HOPE SQUAD CELEBRATION! 🐾💙

A huge THANK YOU to Renasant Bank for generously donating snacks for our first Hope Squad meeting celebration of the 2026–2027 school year! 🎉

We had the opportunity to celebrate and officially introduce this year’s Hope Squad members! Our students spent time getting to know one another, learning about the important responsibilities of being a Hope Squad member, and participating in team-building activities to help strengthen their connections as a team. 💙

We are so excited to watch this amazing group of students grow as leaders, encourage their peers, and help spread hope, kindness, and positivity throughout SES! 🫶🐾

We appreciate the warning… but Stone Elementary Tomcats aren’t afraid of a little competition! 🐾💙 We’ve been connecting our dots, bringing the creativity, and getting ready to show that Stone spirit is hard to beat. 😉

PES may think they’re going to out-dot us, but don’t forget… Stone knows how to make a mark! 🔵🟡🟢🔴

These students received PRIDE Referrals for demonstrating positive behavior, showing kindness, making responsible choices, and being great examples for others.

A PRIDE Referral is something to be proud of—it means our students were caught doing something RIGHT! 👏💙

🟢🟠🟠🟣🔵Stone Elementary Families: Let’s Connect the Dots and Feed Hope! 🔵🟣🟠🟡🟢

We are excited to kick off our Dot Day Food Drive and come together to make a difference in our community! 💙

📅 Food Collection Dates: August 24th – September 15th
📍 Dot Day Celebration: Tuesday, September 15th

Students and families are invited to donate nonperishable food items as we work together to support those in need. Every can, box, and bag donated helps make a BIG impact! ❤️

Our school incentive is a little friendly competition… Rivalry Wars! 🏆
SES and PES will compete to see who can collect the most pounds of food! The losing school’s principal will wear the rival school’s shirt for a day. 👕😄

Let’s show what happens when Tomcats come together! Thank you for helping us connect the dots and feed hope throughout our community. 🐾💙

💙🐾 Grandparents Day Lunch is Coming to SES! 🐾💙

We are excited to welcome our SES family members for a special Grandparents Day Lunch on Thursday, September 10 & Friday, September 11! 🍎💙

📌 A few important reminders:
• Please return the RSVP portion of the form by Friday, August 28.
• Lunch tickets are $4.00 per adult — CASH ONLY. Please bring exact change.
• Guests should arrive 15 minutes before their student’s assigned lunch time.
• Park in the back parking lot and enter through the SES gym to purchase your ticket.
• Only adults listed as contacts in the student’s ActiveParent account may attend.
• All guests must present a valid photo ID at admittance.

Please review the flyer carefully for your child’s assigned date and lunch time and additional information.

We can’t wait to welcome our Tomcat families to campus and make some special memories together! 💙🐾
