Spring 2026 grades are now available through Self Service

Remember, Summer and Fall registration begins Monday, April 6th.

Reminder: Tomorrow, 4/3/26, is the last day to officially withdraw from a full-semester
Spring course with a “W”

Jardine Hall will be closed for electrical switchgear upgrades during spring break, March 16-20. The Office of the Registrar will be available by email and will be responding to tickets during this time. While in person services such as diplomas and paper transcripts will pause for the week, students can request electronic transcripts and access enrollment verifications through the National Student Clearinghouse. Summer and Fall 2026 schedule of classes are now available online at wichita.edu/schedule

Fall 2025 diplomas will be available starting Monday, February 9th! Paper diplomas can be picked up at the transcript window on the first floor in Jardine Hall on the Main Campus. Remember, you must show identification to pick up your paper diploma and cover. For more information about diploma distribution, please visit wichita.edu/diplomas

Reminder: Today, February 2nd, is the last day to drop and receive a 100% tuition refund for full-semester Spring classes
