One of the hardest things to learn is
how to not just listen to but honor what your body is telling you. Some days, you will have a bunch of energy, and moving through your practice will feel light and easy. But some days you will feel tired and unmotivated.
These are great times to really connect your mind with your body. Set your conscious mind to the side and really listen to what your body needs, wants, and is craving! AND..don't judge yourself for it.

When I first started doing yoga, I was
definitely one of those people who merely copied the shape that my teacher was making. and I still fell in love with the practice.
