The Law of God is Good & Wise: In one of our hymns we sing “The Law of God is Good and Wise.” Sometimes we think laws are given to keep us from having fun, or that laws are negatives in our lives. But the law of God is given out of love, to keep us from harm, to prevent troubles, to enable us to live peaceably and peacefully with one another.

I Love You - Because I Love You: Why does God love us? It’s not an idle question because we are not easy to love. We question goodness, we doubt his existence. We demand that he do things our way and when he doesn’t, we blame and shun him. We resent him being who he is in the universe and have sought to take his place as the law giver, the judge and the one to whom others should fear, love and trust above all things.
