If you are looking for ways to get your students composing, I love these composition pages. This set includes standard notation with note heads as well as stick notation. 🍎🍏

This makes for a great extension of "Apple Tree", "I Climbed Up the Apple Tree" or an easy lesson to leave with a sub (mini lesson included).

I get so much use out of these rhythm composition pages. Easy to use across multiple grade levels, just print the pages with the known rhythm concepts you want to practice.

Extend it by having them combine with others, teaching theirs to a partner, adding non pitched percussion, etc!
