Skylar Renee you should get CJ or someone to create an event here for the upcoming show. It's still getting hits and would be a good place to endorse productions.

Watch this page for details about auditions for our Summer Alumni show. This year's play is "You Have A Right To Remain Dead." In “You Have the Right to Remain Dead,” narrator Harnell Chesterton takes us to visit a small community theater group staging a play set in the Deep South. The play’s characters are all in an uproar because Fat Daddy, the patriarch of the family, is about to change his will. Is Fat Daddy the target of the killer? Is his wife, Sweet Mamma, looking to do him in? Or is it his son Earl, daughter-in-law Savannah or daughter Hyacinth? Maybe it’s the hired hand Clete! But, wait --- is it really Fat Daddy who is dead? Just wait until local police sleuth Officer Bainbridge begins his investigation! There are parts for 4 women and men. Auditions will be open to Campus Alumni and Haysville area members who are interested in community theatre.

Campus High School Mane Stage will present "And Then They Came For Me: Remembering the World of Anne Frank" on March 10 and 11th at 7:00 pm. The cast is:
Young Eva - Jodie Hampton
Young Ed - Clayton Norris
Anne Frank - Paris Jones
Ed's father - Jack Worrell
Ed's mother - Grace Leroy
Heinz - Christian (Roger) Smith
Pappy - Corey Evans
Mutti - Carlie Hurtt

Directed by Jon Melugin
Technical Director - Roxana Stitt
Student Director - Vic Oquendo
Stage Manager - Em Delaney

And Then They Came for Me is a unique theatrical experience: a multimedia play that combines videotaped interviews with Holocaust survivors Ed Silverberg and Eva Schloss with live actors recreating scenes from their lives during World War II. Ed was Anne Frank's first boyfriend, and she wrote about him in the beginning of her now-famous diary. Eva Schloss was the same age as Anne Frank and lived in the same apartment building in Amsterdam. Her family went into hiding the same day as the Frank family. And like the Frank family, they were betrayed.

Part oral history, part dramatic action, part direct address, part remembrance, the ensemble-driven And Then They Came for Me breaks new ground and has been acclaimed by audiences and critics in world-wide productions."This production is like a historic newsreel brought to life on the stage. We hope you mark your calendars for this unique production!
