Here’s a peek in Rooms 4 & Room 7! Summer is in full swing while each classroom has been soaking up all the fun with splash days, colorful chalk creations, endless bubbles, and making sweet friendships along the way. These moments have help build creativity, confidence, and connections while making unforgettable summer memories!

July Exploration in room six, our imaginations have blasted off into space! The children’s curiosity has led us to explore spaceships, astronauts, planets and the exciting journey from Earth to the Moon.

Room one havin’ summer fun!

Room 6 June Exploration, our curiosity buzzed around bees, honey and the amazing role insects play in our world! Through hands-on learning, the children discovered how bees help plants grow and why these tiny pollinators are so important.

Discovery Place celebrated National Mud Day with muddy hands, curious minds, and lots of exploration! Mixing dirt and water gave our little learners the chance to experiment, create and discover through sensory play. Mud play also supports creativity, problem-solving, fine motor skills and a deeper connection with nature, all while having so much fun getting messy!

This morning, several of the room 8 friends worked together on a collaborative mural for the hallway. They used acrylic paints and each began creating their own small paintings in each corner before moving into the middle of the canvas to merge their styles and ideas into one beautiful, collaborate piece of art! They mixed colors and used different sized brushes to carry out their artistic visions!

The children, families, and teachers all had an absolute blast singing, dancing, and making memories together. Your energy, enthusiasm, and love of music always bring so much joy to our school community.
