From May 13 – June 2, the academy will be closed while we travel to the birthplace of Jiu-Jitsu to train, study, and immerse ourselves in the culture that shaped the art.

Throughout the trip, we’ll be posting exclusive behind-the-scenes content, training footage, rolls, local gyms, and daily experiences directly from Brazil. This is more than a vacation — it’s an opportunity to bring back new knowledge, new perspectives, and a deeper connection to the art we teach every day.

There are two kinds of men in this game.

Those who have walked into uncertainty, where the outcome isn’t scripted, where ego gets stripped, where truth is revealed in real time. They’ve been broken, rebuilt, and tempered by resistance.
reputation isn’t something crafted, it’s something that is revealed under pressure and forged by experience and the respect of your peers…

Don’t follow men who have done nothing, telling you what it takes to win…What would they know about it in the first place.

Beware those who curate the illusion of mastery. Compliant partners. Endless rehearsal with no consequence. They borrow the appearance of skill without ever submitting it to reality. This is not the way.

seek truth, even when it’s brutal for it is paramount. While others avoid it, and calls that control.
But reality has a way of collecting its debt.
And when it does, only one will have anything real to stand on.

Time exposes everything, make sure you’re using yours wisely and not spending it on fugaze.
