Anderson staff had a blast at Rally at the Round House! 🎉 We laughed, connected, and left inspired after hearing an incredible keynote from Gerry Brooks! 👏

This past week, our work has been focused on culture—building a school where people feel connected, valued, and excited to be part of the team. Mr. Brooks’ message tied in perfectly with that work and reminded us just how powerful our influence as educators can be. ❤️

What a powerful reminder as we head into a new school year. Those names on our rosters will soon become students we know, cheer for, challenge, encourage, and care deeply about. 🫶

Today, the Anderson staff launched into an exciting new school year with moon pancakes, asteroids, and the Milky Way to fuel our mission! 🌙🥞☄️🥛

As we prepare for an amazing year ahead, we spent time focusing on our mission and identifying the North Star that will guide us as we help every student reach new heights. ⭐🚀

Our crew is energized, inspired, and ready for liftoff—and we can't wait to see what tomorrow's adventure has in store!
