William Allen White Elementary is a place where we will create a safe, well-maintained, inviting environment where students, staff, and parents are involved and accountable for learning. Our school will provide a productive and creative atmosphere in which each child is actively involved in learning through multiple intelligences, the arts, best practices, and technology.

Our teachers and staff spend every day pouring into the lives of children — encouraging, teaching, supporting, and loving our students well. But when it’s time for them to take a quick break and recharge, this is the space they come back to.
Our building is old, the furniture is worn out and uncomfortable, and the lounge simply isn’t a functional or relaxing space for the incredible staff who work so hard every single day.
We would LOVE your help changing that. 💛🖤

🖤 From our 2nd Grade Team 💛
2nd grade students have an end of year goal to reach 101 words per minute for overall reading success. Teachers are focused on supporting steady growth for every learner, with a grade wide goal of having 60% of students reach or exceed the 101 WPM benchmark. We are proud to share that we met our goal, with 60% of students achieving the benchmark. Through targeted instruction, consistent practice, and encouragement, students were able to make this happen.
To celebrate we got to PIE MR. WILLIAMS IN THE FACE!
