Hey all! It's been a long time! We hope you're well.

This is not related to KIP in any way, but we wanted to let you know that we'll be teaching an Adult Ninja Class at JAG Gymnastics in Andover, KS, starting on October 3rd (age range is 16+)! The class will be held on Tuesday evenings from 8-9 PM. Movement techniques emphasizing agility, strength, balance, and endurance will be the focus of the class. You can enroll via their website:
