Ranking first date activities… which one do you agree with most? 👇
The original “Define the Relationship” checklist ✅
4 things you should learn on a first date so you don’t waste your time or theirs 👇
🧠 1. Their communication style
Do they communicate clearly, ask questions, and show curiosity about you?
🎯 2. Their intentions
Are they looking for a relationship, casual dating, or are they unsure? Clarity matters early.
🌱 3. Their level of emotional maturity
Can they take accountability, talk respectfully about past relationships, and regulate their emotions?
❤️ 4. Their values and lifestyle
Chemistry is great, but long term compatibility is built on shared values, priorities, and vision for life.
First dates are not about impressing someone.
They’re about gathering information and seeing if alignment exists.
Challenge #1 - Video Games 🎮
The amount of time you spend on video games should match the amount of time you spend improving yourself at the gym or investing in your relationship!
Desirable women are attracted to men who are intentional with their time, energy, and attention.
My goal is to help men become more confident, emotionally aware, and successful in dating by teaching what strengthens attraction and what slowly disconnects relationships.

What is a soulmate?
I like Edgar Cayce's description of a soulmate as a connection with another person where the souls reconnect or pick up again in various times and places over lifetimes.
He explained we're attracted to another person at a soul level not because that person is our only unique complement, but because by being with that person, we are given an impetus to become whole ourselves.
What do you think? Have you experienced a soulmate dynamic? Was it healthy and sustainable? Did it usher in a specific kind of growth for you?
If you haven't experienced it as of yet, is it something you desire and hope for?

Love isn’t something you find — it’s something you become aligned with internally.
Throw away the idea that you need to find a perfect partner or a flawless friend. All people are imperfect. What is possible is connecting with someone who is doing their own inner work. They will have more practice with authenticity, holding space, intentional growth, and self-awareness.
