Projects in the Wichita Public Schools bond are addressing a combination of high priority district needs and community supported projects after going 18 years without substantial capital improvements. Passing the bond would help address many aging WPS facilities and move other schools up the line the next time Wichita Public Schools considers a bond. All WPS schools will be in session on Thursday, September 17.

We have enough bottled water being delivered to our schools for each student and staff member to have one 17 ounce bottle of water and for food service.

If your student needs additional water, you are welcome to send some with your student.

If you choose to keep your student home, please contact your school.

A decision about after-school and athletic activities for Thursday will be made tomorrow.
