Jeffrey Bogard, M.D. PGY4 and Htet Htet Lin, M.D. PGY3 presented a poster on "Evaluating the impact of a PGY-2 rotation intervention on PRITE percent change scores from PGY-1 vs. PGY-3" at the American Association of Directors of Psychiatric Residency Training in San Francisco on March 6th, 2025.

Congratulations to Austin Armstrong, M.D., who will take on the role of Assistant Medical Student Clerkship Director. Dr. Armstrong will assist Clerkship Director Cheryl Wehler, M.D. in the administration of the Psychiatry Clerkship for the KU Medical Students in Wichita. Students spend four weeks during their third year of medical school with us.

Dr. Byerly earned the Student Choice Award for Most Outstanding Faculty in Psychiatry.

Dr. Hochwalt earned the Student Choice Award for Most Outstanding Resident in Psychiatry.
