Dr. JaeHwan Byun, professor in the College of Education, will be featured on NPR’s “The Academic Minute” on Wednesday, Aug. 5, as part of a weeklong Wichita State takeover.
Byun will discuss “Generativism,” a framework that views generative AI as a partner in learning rather than a shortcut to answers. The approach emphasizes critical thinking through an ongoing process of prompting, evaluating and refining information.
Five WSU faculty and staff members will be featured Aug. 3-7 on the nationally syndicated public radio program, highlighting research and scholarship from across the university.
