With gyms closing in Wichita I’d like to offer some options for those looking to continue their fitness.

1. Personal training on location at Apex Personal Trainers. The gym will limit capacity to 10 people at a time. This way it is easy to keep the small facility clean and sanitized. This includes aggressively cleaning the equipment after every use, practicing individual hygiene (cleaning hands), and asking all SICK clients to refrain from attending workouts.

2. Personal training at home. I offer home visits to train clients or families. No equipment required! I’ll bring everything to you!

3. Online training. Have everything you need but just want some workouts? I offer monthly workouts specified to your specific goals or needs!
