Cheney High School Welding

Helping the community and giving back when we can. Added some accessibility to our gym bleachers.

Almost 100%done, just waiting on booth safety curtains, but so excited to be atleast online and having kids in the new booths!

Trying something new to get through to a student population that we really want out in the welding lab!!! Huge shout out to Mrs. Dungan and Mrs. Hendrickson for making this possible, Kaden W. for giving his time to mentor, and for the young ladies for stepping outside their comfort zone.

Welding carts finished and on the final home stretch of the welding booth finish up!

Students producing for students. In the process new welding carts. We worked on breaking down projects into working drawings, making cut lists, and maximizing cuts for low waste.

Not welding, but a retired teacher asked if we could swap a motor on a log splitter, so the young men of Cheney High Industrial Production Services made it happen!
