CMA Performing Arts

Final Comet Choir concert was on Thursday and they did great. Theme of the evening was Back to a Stranger 80’s.

Congratulations on the 1 rating at World’s of Fun today, CMA 7/8 band! The band was too large for the warm-up room and barely fit on the stage. They sounded fabulous ❤️🎉🎼

Finally had a minute to relax on today’s band trip and post some of our pictures from our orchestra trip last weekend! Our orchestra kids were respectful and kind on their Branson trip last weekend, and had a great time while representing CMA well! Many thanks to our great chaperones who helped make it a great trip—and it was fun to bring home 3 trophies for our orchestra with an Overall 1 trophy, Overall Best of day trophy, and a trophy designating our cellos and basses as one of the best sections of the day! Last night our fiddle class also did a great job performing music for this years district retirement party. So proud of our CMA musicians! 🎻🎶

A successful day for the CMA Jazz Band at the district Jazz DCA. We scored an outstanding 1 rating and even a perfect 10 in the “soulful swing, spirit” category. After performing, we went to lunch at CiCi’s and were surprised to see our fellow Robinson Jazzers!

Comet Choir trip 2026 is in the books. Abilene, KS. Eisenhower Museum. Fun and exciting day.

Yesterday, Comet Choir participated in WPS DCA/Choir Festival at AMAC. They did really well. I am so proud of them.
