I took a long break from social media to focus on my family and my clients. It was wonderful!
As 2025 neared, I decided to sit down and think about what I wanted to do with Dream Away Sleep Co. Did I want to keep going? All my clients seemed to be very happy with working with me, but I felt like I was drowning trying to follow all the steps that business coaches said to follow. I realized I wanted to make sure I was building this sleep consultant business like I wanted to, not just how the “business experts” told me to. I want this to be something that actually benefits my clients and helps them fit better sleep habits into their lives in the best way possible. So, my goal for 2025 is to do just that.
I plan to get back to social media, write more blogs and send more helpful emails this year. However, I'm going to do it how I want to do it. I want to make supporting my families the top priority, and let everything else fall where it lands. We will talk not just about sleep training, but also about making better choices for our kiddos in general: better choices in the foods we're offering, the products we're using, the activities we're doing, and of course the habits we are instilling.
So, with that said, I say let's start 2025 off with a bang! Let's get those healthy sleep habits going. I am offering 50% OFF Private Coaching Calls from now until the end of January!
