Just a friendly reminder that Meet the Teacher is TODAY from 5:15–6:30 p.m. We are excited to welcome you and your family to campus and get ready for a wonderful school year!

🚨 IMPORTANT REGISTRATION REMINDER:

If you have not completed your student’s online registration AND provided proof of residence by 2:00 p.m. today, your student WILL NOT be placed on a class roster and will not have a classroom assignment for Meet the Teacher.

Acceptable proof of residence includes:

💡 Light/electric bill
💧 Water bill
🔥 Gas bill
🏠 Current lease agreement

Please make sure these requirements are completed by 2:00 p.m. today to ensure your student is placed on a class roster. ​Proof of residence can be emailed to [email protected]

We can't wait to welcome our Burgess Elementary families back for Meet the Teacher on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, from 5:15–6:30 PM! 🎉

For our Centralized Programs LEAP, TK, and T1 families: Your Meet the Teacher session will be earlier that day at 4:15–5:00 PM.

Before attending, please make sure to: ✅ Register your child for the 2026–2027 school year. ✅ Email your proof of residence, along with your student's name, to [email protected].

Please note: Both steps must be completed for your child's name to appear on a class list for Meet the Teacher Night.
