This Class Will Take Place On Wednesday Nights From 7:30-8:30 And Will Feature A Wide Array Of Skills And Fitness Conditioning For Every Level Of Student! All Adults 17 & Up Are Welcome To Come And Work Out With Us! This Class Will Be Instructed By The Head Coach Of Our Competitive Team Arron Littleton And Team Coach Seth Davis As They Teach You The Same Methods That Have Brought 5 AGA Championships To The Storm!

The Class Officially Starts On July 1st! Whether You're A Former Gymnast Or Just Wanting To Get In Better Shape And Have Fun Doing It, This Class Is For You!

REMINDER:
If You Are Planning On Attending Class, Please Remember To Bring A Water Bottle That Can Be Filled Up At The Water Cooler At Your Convenience. As Far As Attire Goes, Just A Regular Full Length T-Shirt And Athletic Bottoms (Shorts, Leggings, Etc.) Will Be Fine. We Do Not Allow Sports Bras Or Two Piece Leotards To Be Worn As Outerwear In The Gym. Barefoot Is The Way To Go While You're On The Floor.
