A huge THANK YOU to our longtime friends and supporters at Complete Health - Wichita Falls, TX, for showing up once again for our Pueblo Boxing Family 5K! 🙌🏽

They were with us at our last run, keeping participants hydrated, and came back again this morning with hydration and recovery products for our community.

One of the things we love most about these events is the opportunity to connect with other local businesses, support what they do, and invite them to serve our community alongside us.

We don’t believe community events should be about what we can get from others, but about what we can give together. ❤️

When local businesses come together with a shared purpose, everyone benefits. And that’s the kind of community we’re working to build, one relationship and one act of service at a time.

Thank you to the entire Complete Health team, including Breonna Mcneely, for giving your time, energy, and resources to make this experience even better for our participants.

THIS is what our Family 5K is all about! ❤️🥊

Seeing Sam Powers out there with his three children this morning was such a beautiful reminder of why we do this.

And of course even the littlest one riding in the stroller received a boxing glove medal! 🥹🏅 After all the finish line belongs to EVERYONE!

It’s not about how fast you finish or how far you can run. It’s about showing up, moving together, and creating memories with the people you love.

One day, these children may not remember their finishing times, but they’ll have pictures, medals, and memories of a morning spent together with Dad. ❤️

The Pueblo Boxing Family 5K excitement is building, and we LOVE seeing everyone coming through to pick up their race packages! ❤️

We’re taking a little break, but we’ll be REOPENING TONIGHT AT 8:30 PM and staying until at least 10 PM! 🥴😂

🏃‍♂️ Avoid the race-day craziness tomorrow!

It started with a simple invitation. ❤️🥊

While passing out flyers at Lucy Park, we met this young athlete during her training and invited her to our Family 5K.

Not only did she register, but she encouraged four family members to join her, along with several of her teammates!

She’s only a junior in high school, but she’s already showing us what community leadership looks like.

Sometimes all it takes is one conversation, one invitation, and someone willing to bring others along.

This is why we do what we do.

The excitement is building, and we LOVE IT! Every new registration means another person, another family, another opportunity to bring our community together.
