The Wichita Falls Kiwanis Club presented Pauline Robinson with the July Boys and Girls Club "Youth Of The Month" award. She is currently attending the Central Branch of the Boys and Girls Club. She is an incoming third grade student at Kate Burgess elementary, where she works hard to be a good student, maintaining straight A's on a report card and says that a favorite subject is math.. Pauline enjoys helping around the house, by helping to cook, picking up her toys, and helps with the laundry.. She has an active prayer life, where she prays before meals and at bedtime. Club staff states that Pauline has a wonderful sense of humor, that never fails to put a smile on her friend's faces. Pauline stated that "when she grows up, she would like to be a professional Soccer or basketball player", and says that a good education will help make it all a reality.

The Wichita Falls Kawanis Club was proud to award Trinity Hibbs as our June's "Youth Of The Month " Trinity is in her first year of membership with the Southwest Clubhouse of the Boys and Girls Club. Trinity is very responsible, as she helps around the house, as well as fully caring for her pet dog. Trinity has just completed first grade at Fowler Elementary School, as she works hard to be a good student, maintains B's and above on her report card and says that her favorite subject is math. Just like at home , she loves to help out in the classroom. She says that when she grows up, she'd love to ride horses and says that school is important because it helps her learn a lot and get smarter every day. Trinity was selected as our "YOM" because she has shown excellent character qualities, loves helping out the staff and friends, she's kind , compassionate, and always caring towards staff and other Club members.

Kamyrn Perez was recently awarded the Boys and Girls Club "Youth Of The Month " by the WF Kiwanis Club. Kamyrn is a big helper around the house. You'll find him picking up after himself, cooking, cleaning the yard, and taking out the trash. Kamyrn expresses his gratitude to God by praying each night before he goes to bed. He's just completed the 1st grade at Southern Hills Elementary where he maintained B's and above on his report cards. He says his favorite subject is math and would like to become a professional football player when he grows up. He's only in his first year at the Southeast branch, but is already become very active in Club activities. Other members say they love playing games with him because of his good sportsmanship. Congratulations Kamyrn!!

The Wichita Falls Kiwanis Club was at Scotland Park Elementary this week to present three students with the Kiwanis "Kool Kids" award. Kool Kids are students who are recognized for going above and beyond in the classroom. They play leadership roles, are kind to everyone, and always willing to help their teachers and other students. Winners were Julian Flores-Trejo, 4th grade, Ximena Valdez, 1st grade and Journi Elliot, 4th grade. Congratulations to these outstanding students!

The Wichita Falls Kiwanis Club held their monthly meeting today with our PIE partners at Scotland Park Elementary School. Our Kiwanis Club hosted a Fajita Bar at lunch in celebration of Teacher Appreciation Week. A great time of food and fellowship was had by all.

The Kiwanis Club of Wichita Falls was proud to celebrate Quinten Sedberry Jr. as April's Boys and Girls Club " Youth Of The Month ". Quinten is a member of the Southwest branch of the Boys and Girls Club. Only in his first year, Quinten has already become very active in Club activities. Staff states that " Quinten is sweet, caring and respectful, and always willing to help others". Quinten attends City View Elementary were he works hard to maintain all A's, has received perfect attendance awards and has earned other school recognition awards. He loves helping around the house with various chores and can be seen caring for his dog. Congratulations Quinten!!

The Kiwanis Club Of Wichita Falls was proud to present Felicity Hibbs, with our March 2026 "Youth Of The month" award. Felicity attends the Southwest Branch of the Boys and Girls Club. While in her first year she has become very active in club activities, and the staff states that "in the short time that she's been here, she has shown excellent characteristics of a club member. Felicity regularly attends church and participates in multiple church activities, and is committed to a daily prayer time. Felicity is a first grade student at Fowler elementary school, works hard to be a good student and maintains all A's on her report card. She states that "her favorite subject is math". Felicity is a great helper around the house and even assist her grandparents in taking care of their backyard.
