🎓 Interested in Deaf Education?

Texas Tech University offers a Special Education M.Ed. with a specialization in Deaf & Hard of Hearing, along with a certification-only pathway for those interested in becoming a teacher of students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. ❤️

A few highlights:

✨ Online or hybrid learning
✨ 36 credit hours for the M.Ed.
✨ 27 credit hours for the certification-only option
✨ Designed to be completed in less than 2 years
✨ Prepares students for Texas Deaf & Hard of Hearing teacher certification
✨ Coursework includes language and literacy, Deaf culture, communication, and educational practices

📚 Fall Information Sessions

Texas Tech is also offering pre-admission information sessions this fall for anyone interested in learning more about the program.

📅 November 19 | 6:00–7:00 PM
📅 December 8 | 6:00–7:00 PM

💻 The sessions will be held on Zoom, and ASL interpreters will be available during the meetings.
