WFISD Athletics Announces Inaugural Hall of Fame Class
WICHITA FALLS, Texas — WFISD Athletics is proud to announce the 12 inductees who will make up the inaugural class of the WFISD Athletics Hall of Fame. The class represents some of the greatest athletes, coaches, and contributors in the history of Wichita Falls ISD athletics.
The inductees will be honored during a pregame ceremony before the Legacy vs. Memorial football game on Friday, November 6, 2026, at Memorial Stadium.
"We're incredibly excited to officially launch the WFISD Athletics Hall of Fame by recognizing such an outstanding inaugural class," said WFISD Athletic Director Devon Dorris. "Our selection committee had the difficult task of choosing just 12 inductees from the rich and storied history of WFISD Athletics. This group represents excellence, leadership, and the lasting impact that generations of athletes, coaches, and contributors have had on our schools and our community."

The inaugural Hall of Fame class celebrates excellence across generations and recognizes individuals whose accomplishments have left a lasting impact on Wichita Falls ISD athletics. Throughout this week, WFISD Athletics will feature each inductee with individual profiles highlighting their remarkable careers, achievements, and contributions to the rich tradition of athletics in Wichita Falls ISD.
