Congrats to our own Addi Roach for being selected Senior Ambassador!! Addi will continue to apply and grow in her skills in service, leadership, and networking through this program! Have fun!!

When you excel it is noticed. We want to welcome back this group of students who have a proven track record of servant leadership. The Sr. Ambassadors provide experienced insights to their peers who will be serving as Foundation Ambassadors.

We have a unique group of about 70 students selected out of the possible 129,000 Texas FFA members … they are called the Foundation Ambassadors. The program offers selected students the opportunity to work face-to-face with sponsors and special guests, behind the scenes at the State FFA Convention. Ambassadors become the face and the voice of the Texas FFA while gaining valuable leadership skills while broadening professional networks.

Ambassadors share their personal experiences about how the FFA has benefited them. The Ambassador program doesn’t end at the final tap of the gavel at state convention – once an Ambassador … always an Ambassador. Through the experience, we are creating stronger leaders in local chapters, districts, and areas. We are looking for young people who want to serve, step up, step out and share the incredible story of the Texas FFA.

Let’s congratulate this impressive group of Sr. Foundation Ambassadors (returning members). We are counting on your experience and expertise to help us navigate what will be yet another historic year for the Texas FFA. Lead on!

Congratulations City View FFA floriculture team for competing at the Texas State CDE contest Friday at Sam Houston State University! Although they didn’t place as high as they would have liked, we can proudly say they are 43rd in the state! These girls have worked hard, traveled long hours and improved tremendously along the way!💙💛

FFA members....want to be apart of the 2021-22 officer team. Here is your chance, fill out the officer application below by Sunday, May 2nd to be considered. Speeches and interview will be conducted the week of May 3-7, will have finalized date when committee members are confirmed. Voting will take place in all agriculture classes.

Huge congratulations goes out to Addi Roach for being selected as a finalist in the Texas FFA Ford Leadership Scholar Program. Addi will go through several interviews in Austin on May 18th. Many students across Texas apply but only 24 students are selected for the interview process, which is a big accomplishment! Ford Scholar members have to go through a week long training during the summer, develop and complete a community service project, if the project gets completed the student will be recognized at State Convention on stage and receive a $1,000 scholarship. Again a big congratulations to Addi Roach for getting the chance to represent City View FFA at the state level.
