Most people past 50 have been told what they should stop doing. Pick up the grandkids carefully. Let someone else carry the bags. Mind your back.

The barbell says something different. You start light, add a little each session, and a coach watches every rep. A few months in, you're lifting more than you thought you could, and the things outside the gym stop being a problem.
