Community helpers came to CCF! 🚒🚑❤️

We had some very special visitors this week! Our kiddos got an up-close look at a fire truck AND ambulance, explored some of the equipment our first responders use, and learned all about the important jobs they do in our community.

We talked about fire safety, the importance of calling 911 in an emergency, and even got to see some of the special gear firefighters wear to keep themselves safe. And, of course, getting to climb inside the emergency vehicles was a pretty BIG deal. 😉❤️

A huge THANK YOU to our local first responders for taking the time to visit us, answer lots of little questions, and give our children such a fun, hands-on learning experience!

There is something pretty special about getting to learn about community helpers from the actual people who serve our community. ❤️

We think we may have a few future first responders at CCF! 🚒🚑

What do we make in early childhood classrooms?

We make more than crafts, lesson plans, and memories. We create spaces where little ones feel safe, capable, supported, loved, and known.

Because the work we do today becomes part of who they are tomorrow. 🫶🏼

Happy Administrative Professionals Day to our GMaw! 💐

This is basically how life works around here…and somehow, GMaw is already three steps ahead of all of us anyway! She’s always thinking of things before we do, keeping the employee fridge stocked with goodies, and taking care of all the little behind-the-scenes details that keep everything running smoothly.

We appreciate you more than you know. Thanks for keeping us on track (whether we’re ready or not 😉)! 🤍
