The last FREE Sports Physical Clinic of 2026 is Thursday, August 6th! Please help us spread the word. Flyer is attached!

Last FREE Sports Physical Clinic at Community Healthcare Center (CHC) for 2026!
Date: Thursday, August 6th
Time: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Location: 200 MLK Jr. Blvd., Wichita Falls, TX 76301

This FREE Sports Physical Clinic is open to all middle school and high school students, including those participating in youth sports leagues.

Important Information:
Open to students from all public school districts and private schools, including those who participate in youth sports leagues.
Bring your completed sports physical form signed by a parent or guardian.
Students who wear glasses or contact lenses must have them on hand to pass the vision screening.
Students do not need to be established patients of CHC to receive a sports physical at this event.

Update for athletic clothes⬇️

⭐️ STORE CLOSES TOMORROW

❗️ 7th/8th grade boys/girls athletics (cross country, football, volleyball, basketball and track participants) will be issued one t-shirt and one pair of shorts from the school.

⭐️ Additional uniforms are available for purchase here ⬇️ and can be shipped or available for pickup at BroCro the first week of August. Athletes can wear these along with the school issued clothes to their daily athletic periods. Get your orders placed ASAP!

Store will be open until July 22nd. No late orders. BE SURE TO CHECK THE SIZING. YOUTH SIZES ARE LABELED YOUTH. No Refunds or Exchanges. Orders will be ready for distribution the week of August 5th. You will receive an email when your order is ready or has been shipped.
