Fain in Bloom is an alumni and community celebration hosted at the Fain Fine Arts Center, inviting guests to enjoy an evening of art, theatre, music, and communication. The event brings people together to connect, experience creative performances and activities, and celebrate the growth and achievements of the Fine Arts department.

The 2025-2026 Annual Juried Student Exhibition is opening February 27th and we will be having the opening reception from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.! Come see what got selected this year by our juror, West Texas A&M art history professor and Curator of Art at the Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum, Deana Craighead!

Next Friday, December 12th, our Mass Comm students to have their senior screenings! The featured films are "The Show Must Go On" and "Out of Ink". The screenings will begin at 12:00 pm at the Fain Fine Arts Theatre! Come out and enjoy the show!

It’s that time of year again! ✨ The MSU Burns Fantasy of Lights came alive last night as we lit the display and kicked off the season with our community concert. Here’s a magical clip of the Oratorio Chorus and Midwestern Singers performing “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas”, featuring an angelic solo by Alexis Robinson! Follow our socials so you don’t miss more moments like this!

A little behind-the-scenes look at the exhibitions being put up right now in the art galleries here at Fain! We have a community education showcase displaying amazing ceramic pieces in “From the Studio.”

You’ll also get a sneak peek behind the curtain of the highly anticipated Senior Capstone Exhibition, where seniors present the art they’ve been preparing all semester.

There’s also an Alumni Showcase featuring the beautiful work of Aaron Soto! ( )

Be sure to enjoy the exhibitions the next time you visit between November 21st and December 19th.
For a more in-depth look at the seniors’ pieces, be sure to attend the Senior Presentations on December 11th at 6 p.m., and the reception on December 12th from 6–8 p.m.
