That’s a wrap! Today I held my last class in Texas. It was a full class, with 3 Instructors being monitored. Thank you Wichita Falls, Burkburnett, and Sheppard Air Force Base communities for trusting me for your CPR training needs the last few years! It has been an honor. Special thanks to a few that have mentored me here: Christine DeVito, Cindy Litteken, and Yvette Eipper. For the both the knowledge and referrals, I appreciate all that you each have done for me. Another 10 first responders certified as BLS Providers at Lakeside City Volunteer Fire Department tonight! This was a group of naturally skilled individuals. 3 days of ACLS training at different facilities with different instructors. We now have 20 more providers certified in ACLS in the Wichita Falls Community ♥️

One month until we move! Here are my final full BLS courses. I also offer hybrid options for those with limited availability.

For the hybrid, you take the education/written exam online (Heartcode BLS https://elearning.heart.org/course/1511 Cost: $37) and schedule a Skills Session with me (Approx. 2 hrs, Cost: $40)

Anyone watch the Pitt? At the start of 2026 I added a bra to one of my mannequins. Why? Because studies continue to show that women are less likely to receive bystander CPR. I have seen the embarrassed look as a student lifts the manikins shirt…and then we have amazing conversations. Conversations about what studies are showing, about what to do with bras, questions from male students asking if they could get in trouble for doing CPR on a woman because their hand is “sorta on her breast.” These are questions we absolutely should be asking and talking about during training so that when an emergency arises, we can ACT and not hesitate. If you’re an instructor, I highly encourage you to add a bra to a mannequin and if you have questions, please send me a message! Chances are it’s not a “stupid question.” ❤️
