WETA members have officially ratified the 2026β27 Tentative Agreement.
Thank you to everyone who made their voice heard throughout this process. This outcome reflects the strength of our membership and what we can accomplish when we stand together.
The ratified Tentative Agreement will now move forward to the Board for approval at the June 9 Board Meeting.

The WETA Bargaining Team is proud to share more details about the Tentative Agreements reached for the 2026β27 school year. It includes a 3.5% on-schedule salary increase, class size improvements, and strengthened contract language designed to support educators and students.
