Happy Birthday Sensei Frank! Still training and teaching at 92. Thank you to everyone who brought tasty dishes , helped set up and tear down. And yes those beautifully decorated cupcakes were amazing as was the super tall strawberry cake. Despite the heat and threat of a thunderstorm, everyone enjoyed the food and company.

For many decades, Sensei Frank McGouirk along with Sifu Teja Bell, Danielle Smith and Michael Smith Senseis and Sensei Cindy Hayashi would lead sessions in Qi Gong, Taichi, and Aikido at Mt. Baldy’s Zen Center over Memorial Day weekend. This year, we gathered together to grow and learn from these wise very experienced teachers at Aikido-Ai. Grateful for their presence, compassion and positive vibes.
