Our summer reading program ended today with awards a pizza party and movie. What a great group of readers we had this summer.

What a great night. It was so good to see everyone come out to baked beans and casserole publication supper. Big thank you to everyone that cooked, help serve and clean up. Don't forget our next supper will be on Sept. 5th and it will be our signature pot roast.

The Whitneyville Library is having a raffle. Drawing of this raffle will be Dec. 5 at Dech auxiliary craft fair. Win one of 8 gift cards. Tickets $1 a ticket or 6 tickets for $5. Tickets can be purchased at the library or at our suppers.

It was a great night on Saturday as many of our friends and supporters came out to our public friend turkey dinner. Each and every supper takes many hands to make the work light and we can never thank everyone enough for all they do to make these suppers a success. From the setting up, baking, cooking, serving and cleaning up those that help do a great job! THANK YOU EVERYONE! Our next supper will be baked beans and casseroles on Saturday August 1st.

Don't forget our candy and Bake sale on Saturday July 18 starting at 10am and going until 1pm here at the library.
