Pappy Jack Farms Pappy Jack Farms has provided the local community with fresh, locally grown vegetables since 2017 and is a proud GoTexan member.

We focus on sustainable agriculture free from chemicals and pesticides, emphasizing regenerative practices. Our fresh vegetables are available through our CSA program, local school districts, and farm-to-table restaurants.

🌱 NOW HIRING – Pappy Jack Farms

Whitney / Hill County, TX

We’re looking for a hardworking person who knows how to "get after it" to join our vegetable farm.

Schedule: Evenings 4–8 pm + Saturdays/15-30 Hours Per Week.

Pay: $12–$18/hour based on experience.

Role: Farm Laborer with a real path to Field Manager; the right person can expect rapid advancement.

You’ll be doing:

Planting • Harvesting • Weeding • Irrigation • General Labor

Must be willing to get dirty and put in the hard work, rain or shine. Reliable transportation, legal authorization to work in the U.S., and English required.

All good things must come to an end :(

Tomorrow is our 10th and final pickup for our Sping/Summer CSA, and this week our members can choose to spend their weekly credits on the following items:

Squash
Zucchini
Cherry Tomatoes
Slicing or Green Tomatoes
Roma Tomatoes
Pickling Cucumbers
Salad Peppers

Availability is limited (first come, first served) on the following -
Eggplant
Jalapenos
Okra
Large Watermelon
Small Watermelon
Quart of Pickles
Pint of Pickles

And, of course, we are going to do it all again for the Fall/Winter season. We are already well on our way to getting those crops started, and registration for our Fall/Winter CSA will open soon.
