Biology students studied the process of natural selection by simulating how different bird beak shapes are better suited for different types of food. Students used a variety of tools, such as spoons, tweezers and chopsticks to represent different beaks. By observing which "beaks" were more successful at collecting food, students learned how environmental conditions can favor certain adaptations. 💙
