In 8th grade, I was a peer facilitator. Coaching and helping as been apart of me from my earliest memory. . Studying structured environments of help, though I found to be limiting. Each of us is different and what is going to most aid us are tools that conform to our personal way of being. A box for one size fits all, doesn't work. It can work temporarily but not long term. e ALL live our lives, Fit, Fullfilled & Free! Being apart of a community dedicated to the same purpose, we can attain and sustain our this reality. There have been times in my life, when I attain this and others where I haven't. I found that if I was eating healthily and working out. I love it when I can fit into my favorite jeans. If we are going to work everyday doing a job we don't like, then we are spending most of our days unfulfilled. Connecting to your passions as often as you can is important to the state of your being. And knowing that you are free. You are not a victim, you have a choice to CAUSE your life to be what you want it to be. This can sometimes be hard but it is necessary and worth it! Here is where you'll be encourage to CAUSE your live to be lived Fit, Fullfilled & Free!
