Backpack Program Of Whitney Point BackPack Program Of Whitney Point helps families with children in the Whitney Point Central School District in need of help with Backpacks and School supplies.

We assist Prek-12th grade. Helping children get ready to start a successful school year.

The Backpack Program would like to thank Nancy, Debra for volunteering your time to give free haircuts to the child of the program. 21 students were signed up to receive free back to school hair cuts but only 6 showed up. We would like to thank the families that did show up and pick up the bags and supplies that were purchased for their children. Thank you Stacy, Tonya, Angela for helping distribute bags today. Thank you community that went out of their way to assist the students of the Whitney Point Central School District.

Car is filled the to the brim with 110 backpacks filled with school supplies. 51 families received assistance with backpacks and school supplies for the Whitney Point School District. Couldn't have done all this without the assistance of our community. Tomorrow I will get everything ready for the families to come recieve their bags and get free haircuts sunday morning. Thank you everyone.

Backpack Registration is now Closed for the 26-27 School year. Thank you to all those that have Jumped in to be Sponsors for these kiddos. We need all backpacks turned in by the 16th.

Attention all Sponsors anyone that is done with the child you sponsored you can drop off backpacks to the Whitney Point Library during business hours or Meet up with Tonya Ellerson-Poirier , Stacy Hall, Brittany Hand. Please make sure the bag is labeled with the following: Family #, Gender and Grade of student, and your name so we know you turned it in.
