However, the UW-Whitewater Fishing Team welcomes all anglers. We focus on bass fishing, but are o
pen to any type of fishing which include: walleye, musky, salmon, fly fishing and much more. If tournaments aren't your thing, don't worry; we provide fishing opportunities to everyone. You don't need fishing equipment or a boat because that's what the club is for. You will meet people with a boat that will be willing to take you out. Other Wisconsin universities are in the process of forming clubs and we hope to be able to compete regularly with these clubs in the coming years. This is all made possible by some of the great sponsors we have backing us including, St. Croix Rods, Jiffy, Tackle Warehouse, Frogg Toggs, Lethal Weapon Jigs, Solar Bat Sunglasses, Mann's, All-Terrain, and many more. Our Meetings are usually the first Monday of every month at 9:00PM in the Williams Center, but the room is always due to change.
