There were lots of cheers in the gym tonight for four new aerials (and our two aerial experts Melo and Autumn)!! One after another, they all went for them with no hands and we were so excited we had to get a video of everyone doing them! Great job Nora, Harper, Sofia, and Joci!

New drills, new skills, and time to perfect our old ones. It’s been a great start to the summer but our work isn’t over! Looking forward to the next half of the summer and seeing how much more our team can achieve! Progress > perfection!

This week we got to celebrate some of our amazing athletes on their accomplishments this year! We also said “see you later” to our amazing coaches Bri and Gaby! Bri and Gaby have been exceptional coaches here at GymHawks and they will but surely missed! Congrats to Bri, Gaby and Coach Ele on your graduation this weekend!!

Congrats to all of our competitive team athletes on a fun and successful year! We are looking forward to an exciting summer with lots of upgrades already in the works! 💜

A HUGE congrats to our regional competitors Harper, Elliotte, Millie, and Ainsley! We are so proud of you all and so excited to have the opportunity for our athletes to travel to regionals!

Our team is excited to get back into the gym and start upgrade season! We have grown a lot the last couple of years and we are excited to continue growing, improving, and having so much fun while we do so!! 💜
