I’m a “Future Forward” therapist and coach.

Which means, in my work with clients, we only look back at the history the minimal amount needed to go forward into LIFE.

We will never create a new outcome from the position of our past identity.

We must develop ourselves forward in new ways (into a new identity) to create a better more beautiful experience of life.

When we make this change in ourselves, we change the equation… and effortlessly the outcome is different.

I’ve spent decades, teaching people how to change the false core beliefs they have about themselves…

It’s not hard. It’s just a matter of being willing to open your heart and pull back the curtain.
